These doggies are often referred to as "bath dogs" at other salons, they do not get a haircut or shave. In addition to everything from head-to-tail; price includes carding, de-shedding, & dander removal.

Puppy Grooming

The Perfect Puppy Schedule:

4-5 months = Puppy Love #1 
5-7 months = Puppy Love #2

Doodles

You brought home a Doodle! Now what?  Doodle Moms and Dads, because your new doodle does not shed like other dogs, this means he/she will need regular haircuts and/or regular brushing. This means quite simply, you have two options:

Option #1 = Brush & Comb your dog like you would your own hair and keep the coat long or short

Option #2 = Shave your dog every 6-8 weeks and only brush the face and tail

Senior/Geriatric Pet Grooming

Grooming elderly dogs requires a different skill set, more patience and an extra bundle of compassion.  Often, geriatric pets also requires two people.  And of course there is always more risk to your pet and our staff.  Live.Love.Pet! will never turn away your pet because of age alone, however, all clients must know that Live.Love.Pet! may charge additional handling fees and will not be held legally responsible should additional medical attention be required during or after grooming.  Aloha.

Elderly, Senior, Geriatric Pet grooming add $20-50 to regular rates

RUFF DAY

Is your pet in-between haircuts? Or had a fun day at the beach or dog park and just needs a quick bath and sprucing up?

For our regular clients, we offer a Ruff Day which includes everything from Head-to-Tail minus the full haircut or de-shed. 

Other Salons may call these "bath dogs" but at Live Love Pet! You bath always includes nail buffing, ear cleaning, 3 coat specific baths, fluff and more!

Coming up with all the various pet grooming fees is one of the most complicated aspects of this profession. Prices range from shop-to-shop and from groomer-to-groomer based on many factors, including education, experience, difficulty of trim style, size of the pet, temperament, condition of the coat, and the amount of laborious work involved. 

At Live.Love.Pet! we believe that pets of every breed, and every mixed breed has a spot in the salon. Because of this, pricing by coat type was born.  We base our fees on 3 factors: type of coat, size, and hair style/breed cut.  Then we include everything from head to tail because we feel that healthy pets are beautiful pets.

If you want an actual quote, we invite you to bring your pet in for a full evaluation. That way we can examine the type of coat that your pet has in order to give you an accurate quote for your upcoming pet grooming appointment.
